Inspiration and appeal to exist
The truth is that 99 percent of entrepreneurial success, great ideas and personal development never come about because there is a lack of OWN INITIATIVE! People are afraid of crossing their comfort zones. Again and again I have observed that companies offer products and services within their own industrial comfort zone, what I call “working in the box”. The result is that the majority of products (still) on the market are all similar and are poor – not optimal – in functionality and flexibility. One of the main problems, in my opinion, is that the brilliance of individual talent is either wasted or not recognized within the company at all, so the situation worsens over the years.
That´s the main reason why I was inspired to search for these brilliant talents and to encourage myself to “step out of the box” in order to realize new process optimizing visions. In return, our customers receive dynamic and innovative products that astound with their outstanding characteristics – functionally mature, high quality and customer-oriented.
